Bible Story: Paul is Arrested (Acts 21-28)
The Big Idea: The good news of Jesus sets us free from sin, so we can tell our story to others.
Memory Verse: “Let those who have been set free by the Lord tell their story. He set them free from the power of the enemy.” Psalm 107:2 (NIrV)
We're so excited for the #LKidzAtHome lesson we have this week! People love a good story! And if you’re a follower of Jesus, then YOU have a good story to tell. During this week’s family lesson, we’re going to hear about Paul’s arrest for preaching the good news. But not even jail could stop Paul from telling his story. There’s a lot we can learn from Paul!
When you’re ready, start your morning of worship by watching the short lesson video with your kids. It’s designed to be both fun and interactive. (You can access the YouTube playlist here.) The video will prompt you to answer a question with your family. It’s a great way to engage spiritually with one another. Afterwards, there are two great worship videos from Yancy to choose from: one is for older kids and one is for younger kids.
After the video lesson and music, you can use the attached materials to help take your family deeper into the lesson:

We will be posting the activities, discussion questions, and more from this week’s lesson on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/lakesidekidzone), so be sure to check our page every day!
We are praying this message stirs up great conversation among your family about what it means to take the great step of faith toward Jesus. If you or your family has questions or wants prayer, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
